Coal was founded on the belief that headwear is more than an accessory. It's part of you, your identity, and your lifestyle. They build this idea into each of their designs by using quality materials and exacting detail, and crafting styles that are as unique as you are. They are dedicated to making headwear more than an accessory.

Coal's History
Seven years ago, Coal started as a labor of love in an apartment in Portland, Oregon. In their first year, they launched with a vision for a quality headwear line inspired by friends and family.

Connie and Kyla selected Coal as an addition to their headwear collection in March of 2010.
The response has been fantastic and the Coal winter knits are by far the most popular knits that we have ever had the pleasure of stocking. The quality is fantastic and we love the thought put into fleece lining the woollen beanies so as to prevent any itching from the fibres.Ttouches like that make a big difference when selling a quality product.
The Coal Considered range has had a fantastic response also with big sales kicking off in the Randle and JC styles.
